What Can You Ask Me?

You don't have to be buying or selling to text me. Most of the good conversations I have start months before anybody signs anything.

  • Is this house overpriced?
  • Should I sell my house or rent it out?
  • What part of Tulsa should we live in?
  • Would this property make a good rental?
  • Should I renovate before I sell?
  • Is this contractor quote reasonable?
  • What should I know about this neighborhood?
  • I'm 12 months out from buying. What should I do now?

Where I work

Tulsa and the Towns Around It

I work across the Tulsa metro, not just inside the city limits.

Tulsa

Midtown, Brookside, Maple Ridge, Kendall Whittier, south Tulsa, and the neighborhoods in between. This is where I live and where most of my work happens.

Broken Arrow, Bixby and Jenks

Newer construction and larger lots, at a higher price per square foot than most of the metro. Bixby and Jenks have the newest inventory in the area and homes there tend to move quickly when priced correctly.

Owasso and Collinsville

North of the city, where your money still goes further on square footage and lot size. Owasso has grown quickly and has the inventory to show for it.

Sand Springs and Sapulpa

West and southwest. Older housing stock, lower entry prices, and some of the better rental math in the metro if you are buying to hold.

Skiatook, Sperry and Claremore

Farther out, and worth the drive for the acreage. Larger lots, lower density, and a longer commute. Claremore has its own downtown and college.

Somewhere else entirely?

If you are buying or selling outside this area, I can introduce you to an agent I trust in that market. It costs you nothing. See how referrals work.
