In Their Words
"We had an amazing experience working with Ben. From start to finish, he fought through every hoop, worked tirelessly to make the sale happen, and truly understood the vision behind our business. What stood out most was his ability to listen, understand what we were trying to accomplish, and help us find a property that was genuinely the right fit for our business, not simply make a sale. His dedication, professionalism, persistence, and understanding of our goals made such a difference. We are incredibly grateful to have had someone in our corner who cared about finding the right opportunity for us and helped turn our business idea into a reality. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a commercial realtor who truly goes above and beyond."

Real Estate Didn't Start With Selling Homes
My career started in residential property management, where I spent years managing single-family rentals. That's where I learned something many people don't discover until after they buy a home: owning real estate is about much more than closing day.
Leasing, turnovers, maintenance calls, rent collection, and owner reporting, month after month, across a lot of houses. Working directly with homeowners, residents, contractors, maintenance teams, and investors taught me how properties actually perform over time, what creates long-term value, and which problems are avoidable with the right planning.
That experience shaped how I think about real estate today. Every recommendation I make considers not just the purchase or sale, but what comes next.
A Broader Perspective
Today, I lead enterprise partnerships at Blanket, a technology company serving the property management industry nationwide.
Working alongside hundreds of property management companies, investors, and business leaders has given me exposure to thousands of real estate assets, countless ownership strategies, and the operational side of real estate that many agents never experience.
Before Blanket, I was at Obie, an insurance technology company focused on landlord insurance for property managers and real estate investors. Working where insurance meets property management showed me how much risk planning shapes what an investment actually returns.
I've spent my career helping organizations solve problems, improve operations, and build long-term partnerships. I bring that same mindset to every client relationship.
Understanding the Complete Picture
To better serve my clients, I also became a licensed insurance professional.
Real estate decisions don't end with the purchase price. Insurance costs, operating expenses, maintenance, property management, financing, and long-term ownership all play an important role in protecting your investment.
My goal is to help you evaluate the entire picture, not just today's transaction.
"Real estate is about more than buying or selling a home. It's about making one of the biggest financial decisions of your life and having someone you trust to help you make it with confidence."

Have a question about your situation?
You don't need to be ready to buy or sell. Plenty of good conversations start with someone just thinking out loud.
Honest Advice
If I don't think a property is right for you, I'll tell you. My recommendations are always based on what's in your best interest.
Strategy Over Pressure
Every recommendation is built around your goals, your timeline, and your financial future, not around closing a deal.
The Whole Picture
Experience in real estate, property management, insurance, and technology means every recommendation weighs the costs that show up after closing, not just the price.
A Long-Term Relationship
Whether it's six months or six years after closing, I want to be the person you call whenever a real estate question comes up.
A network when you need one
Buying or selling a property often means coordinating with a number of trusted professionals. Over the years, I've built relationships with lenders, inspectors, contractors, insurance professionals, attorneys, title companies, property managers, CPAs, and local service providers throughout the Tulsa area.
If I don't personally provide a service, there's a good chance I can connect you with someone who does.
My goal is to become a trusted resource, not just during one transaction, but throughout every stage of your real estate journey.
Outside of real estate, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, exploring Tulsa, golfing, staying on top of new technology, or learning about the latest trends in real estate and business.
I'm passionate about helping people, building long-term relationships, and continuously finding better ways to serve my clients and community.
