Know someone who needs a good agent?
Almost all of my business comes from people passing my name along. If someone you know is buying, selling, thinking about a rental, or moving to Tulsa, send them my way and I'll take good care of them.
- I reach out personally, usually within one business day
- No hard sell. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so and point them somewhere better
- Buying anywhere else in the country? I'll find them a vetted agent in that market
- You'll hear from me either way, so you're never left wondering what happened
One favor: give your friend a heads-up that I'll be reaching out. A referral lands a lot better than a call out of nowhere, and I'd rather be expected than explained.
Send me an introduction
Takes about a minute. I'll follow up with them, and with you.
Thank you, genuinely
I'll reach out to them within one business day and let you know how it goes. Referrals are the best compliment I get.
I contact your friend directly and never add them to any mailing list. You'll get Real Estate in the 918, my monthly market note. Unsubscribe anytime.
How I Treat a Referral
They hear from me first
A real call or email from me, not an automated sequence. Your name opens the conversation.
No list, no spam
Your friend gets a conversation, not a newsletter signup. I don't add referred people to anything.
Anywhere in the country
Not a Tulsa move? I'll connect them with a vetted agent in their market at no cost to them.
Why I ask
I don't buy leads and I don't cold call. The people I work with come from other people who trusted me first, which means every referral is someone's reputation on loan. I take that seriously, and I'd rather tell your friend the honest thing than win the business.
